Our luxury four bedroom villa is on the fabulous gated Aviana resort at Davenport, just off the US 17-92. A beautiful, peaceful location, yet it takes just ten minutes to drive to Disney World. Surrounded by world-class golf courses, including Reunion, Champions Gate and Providence.

Festive Palms Villa has two master bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Our rental villa sleeps ten plus a baby. There are two living areas: a formal room with sitting area and dining area and a family room with a sitting and entertainment area and a breakfast dining nook. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all your self-catering and laundry needs. Our holiday rental is perfect for two families sharing, an extended family or a group of golfers. We offer free wireless internet and national calls and a range of baby and toddler equipment. Our vacation villa has its own games room, interactive games and a range of board games and books. For the comfort of all our guests this is no-smoking and no-pet house.

Aviana Resort has a 6,500 square foot clubhouse with fabulous amenities. It houses a cyber café, fitness room and gathering room with large TV. Relax on the clubhouse veranda or lounge around the pool and spa pool. The zero entry pool is great for small children and family games or for those with restricted mobility.

The playground is designed for children up to the age of twelve. The sand volleyball court caters for those wanting to play volleyball or play in a giant sand pit! The putting green completes the fantastic array of amenities at Aviana resort.

The villas description and photos is exactly what we found when we arrived. It was the perfect place not only to relax but to enjoy many of the attractions in the Orlando area. The hot tub and pool were enjoyed by all. The game room was a plus. We spent one afternoon at the club house - played beach volleyball, swam in the pool and sat in the hot tub.

We could not have been more satisfied with our experience. from the initial booking through the end of our stay the homeowners were wonderful to work with. All in all our stay could not have been better. Book this villa you will not be disappointed.

Sean - West Sussex - UK - February 2010 I recently stayed at the villa with a group of 10 & 1 baby and everyone had a great time. The villa is very spacious and is well equipped for young children, as it has a good sized pool and well equipped games room. The location is ideal for the 'park trekkers' as is about 10 minutes from all the attractions and very close to MCO airport. It is close to some local shops and takeaways.

This really is a spacious well equipped villa, which exceeded all our expectations. The location is ideal for not only the parks but also both east and west coasts. The owners were very flexible with our travel arrangements in respect of the recent volcano issue which left us stranded for 8 days. They have even listened to our 1 2 1 feedback, making some of the recommended changes already.
