We stayed at the house over the Easter fortnight this year and we had a wonderful time. We were a party of 5 (me, my husband and 3x children 12yrs, 8yrs and 4yrs) and there was plenty of space for us all.

The kids loved the pool, which was perfect after a long day in the parks, and we spent at least a couple of days around the pool relaxing in the Florida sunshine.

The house itself has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. The master bedroom was very spacious and we slept like babies in the very comfortable bed.

The house is situated in a quiet spot on the resort, however it's still convenient to walk to the clubhouse.

Encantada resport is really close to Disney and when you find the back route it really is about 10 mins drive away. There are lots of restaurants along the 192 which made eating out very easy. There are also 2x supermarkets that are really close and a 7/11 at the top of the road for those items you might need at short notice.

Dealing with Ann was a pleasure and we had no problems at all. Refund of the security deposit was quick and easy and I would highly recommend the house for a wonderful vacation in Orlando.

A+ vacation

Had all you would want and for a change, the clubhouse was staffed and freindly. pool was kid pleaser and resort was maintained very good. close to attractions and parks.

Fantastic first family holiday

UK - June 2009
 We are regular visitors to Orlando but have never stayed in a villa before and were taking our 4 month old daughter for the first time.

The villa was ideally located and easy drive from the airport and to all the surrounding attractions. The directions we received from Ann were excellent and we didn't get lost which is a bit of a first for us.

When we arrived it really felt like a home from home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Under the stairs was a cupboard with everything for people with young children - bedguards, high chair, stroller, travel cot etc.

The rooms are a good size and I can imagine it working well for 2 couples with children, possibility 8 adults and the living area would feel slightly cramped.

The resort itself was very very quiet when we were there, however it feel safe and secure and I don't think we could beat the location for easy access to restaurants, supermarkets etc.

Ann contacted us the day before we were due to leave to say that because things had changed and she would be the next person going in to the villa on the day we checked out then we could stay as late as we wanted to rather than having to check out at 12 and then entertain ourselves until our flight that evening. This was such a great help to us especially with a young baby.

I left my camera at the villa and without any prompting Ann emailed me to let me know she had it and would post it to me on her return to England in 6 days. It was sent well packaged and by recorded & insured post and arrived the day after she returned to the UK along with our deposit cheque.

I would definitely recommend this villa to other families and we are very likely to use it again, particularly because of the outstanding service which Ann provided

Lovely holiday home

We would highly recommend this property to a family. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and would be ideal for grandparents to stay in. The beds are all comfortable and the house is well equipped to self cater.

Ann was extremely helpful before and during the holiday answering queries by email, text and phone.

Encantada resort is very clean and the two pools next to the club house were a welcome change to the hustle and bustle of Disney and Universal theme parks.

There is a really good choice of restaurants nearby some of whom will also deliver to your door.

It is very easy to find and about 10 mins drive to Disney and 25m mins drive to Universal.

Disney House

I concur with all that has previously been written about the place. my wife and I, along with two other couples spent a great time there in May 2009. The house is well situated to visit the numerous attractions in the Orlando area. It was very relaxing to return from a day 'out & about' and be able to relax in the house pool, enjoy a drink and a BBQ, if we didn't wish to visit one of the many restaurants in the area. We would have no hesitation in using the facility again.

Great for Orlando Golfing

I stayed at this property in February with several golfing friends. The proximity to golf in all directions was what attracted us to the area, and it proved to be a great value.

The Disney courses are less than 10 minutes away, and we also had a short drive to the value priced courses in Kissimmee and Haines City.

The house is roomy enough to accommodate four golfers and it was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was convenient and clean, and had all of the necessary utensils that one would expect. The screened in patio with a pool was an excellent area to sip dietetic beverages while reviewing the wayward golf shots of the day.

The King and Queen bedrooms were good sized and the the smaller bedrooms are good for single adults or would be great for families with children.

The property has an excellent clubhouse with an exercise facility, pool and jacuzzi. I would like to see the exercise room have extended hours.

Encantada is less than one mile off Hwy 192 and their are an abundance of restaurants, pubs/bars, and stores within several minutes drive. We particularly liked the local Houlihan's restaurant/bar as they had outdoor and indoor dining. There are also large grocery stores within 2 miles.

Ann was an excellent communicator with us and the deposit was returned in a timely manner. I would definitely make a return visit, and would highly recommend Encantada to other golfers or families that want to visit the Orlando/Disney area, and have an afternoon "refuge" away from the parks.

Disney House

Just returned from a 2 week stay with my mother, father, husband and 5 year old daughter. The house is in a great location and secure. My husband enjoyed an afternoon fishing at the lake which is a small walk away. Disney is a very short drive which is great when it is busy. There are plenty of restaurants and shops just round the corner and easy access to the highways if you want to travel further. The house had all the comforts we needed and was very clean and tidy. Ann gave us lots of information and was very helpful, a big thank you to her from all of us as we had a great holiday.

Perfect for our vacation!

We had a WONDERFUL time! Our party included my mother-in-law and father-in-law, my sister-in-law and her 4 month old, and my husband and 3 children, ages 5, 3, and 1. The house was perfect for us. We all had our own space, plenty of bathrooms -- and the laundry and baby gear were a huge help and blessing! The house is clean and well-maintained, and our kids loved the pool (sometimes that was more attractive to them than Disney!); and Ann was the perfect hostess, even from across the ocean! We'd definitely return with a large group.
